Each home, duplex, or apartment is located in one of three desirable school districts. Great beaches, golf courses, extensive bike paths, shopping, and restaurants are just some of the amenities to enjoy. Third Coast Homes is committed to meeting individual preferences by offering a variety of lease options and home styles, a wide price range, and by allowing pets. There is never an application fee. Third Coast Homes promptly responds to service calls, as one of the owners always answers your call. All rental properties have washers and dryers, and most have central air-conditioning. All feature ceramic tile entryways, kitchens, and bathroom floors.
